HRIS Manager

HRIS Manager drives execution of Human Resources Systems. Serves as a leader responsible for a wide range of critical work streams, including onboarding/off boarding, data management, operating procedures. This role will also be responsible for day to day ownership and support of HRIS impacting time and attendance, benefits, payroll, applicant tracking, data requests, and all reporting and data analysis.

• Drive the creation, execution, and management of the People Operations processes, systems, and programs in partnership with the rest of the Human Resources, Payroll and business stakeholders
• Work in a project manager capacity for departmental projects – identifying needs, timeline, results, and implementation changes.
• Evaluate the current state of our systems, tools, policies, service level agreements, vendors, and program delivery in order to build out a prioritized action plan for areas of improvement and efficiency including gathering Requests For Proposals ( RFP ) and vendor due diligence
• Implement the documentation and management of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including new hire onboarding, orientation, training, performance management, termination, compliance, etc.
• Champion collaborative cross functional relationships with Recruiting, Payroll/Accounting, Finance, other teams, and hiring managers to ensure the successful onboarding and off boarding of new employees and contingent workers
• Partner with Legal on compliance with all labor laws, compliance, and vendor agreements
• Analyze problems, determine the approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendation to define Human Resources processes
• Create and update audit and compliance dashboard/reports to ensure appropriate and relevant audit control requirements are met
• Proactively monitor employment laws for compliance and best practices; make recommendations to update policies as needed
• Understand numerous, interrelated processes, Human Resources, and programs for driving improvements and automation in order to increase quality, experience and effectiveness
• Drive, project manage and provide training to team around HRIS functionality
• Responsible for system configuration, data auditing, system maintenance and quality control for the systems required for Human Capital
• Manage and maintain systems security configuration, in conjunction with third party post production support

Required Qualifications

• Regionally accredited Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management; or
• Equivalent years of experiences in the field of Human Resources, benefits, payroll systems or other related experience.
• PHR or SPHR Certification highly desired
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Information Systems.
• Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.

• Proficient in the operation of a personal computer, systems & applications software required (MS Office, Word, Excel, and Great Plains).
• Working knowledge of payroll, benefits and compensation processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR or SPHR Certification highly desired
