- Manage all Department work schedules
- Manage all HR Benefits
- Manage onboarding all Employee to HR
- Manage all Training Outlines
- Manage all Time and Labor, & Attendance Reports
- Manage all HR related management reports such as department errors logs, employee performance and HR documents
- Manage all reprimands
- Manage all Employee Workers’ Compensation & Liability Reports
Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources
- General Knowledge with Federal, State and County Labor Laws
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills to manage workflow and priorities
- Flexible to work in and ever-changing environment
