HR Manager

Community counseling center in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for an HR Manager to handle a variety of HR functions such as performance management, employee relations, training/development, policies/compliance, and benefits administration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support leadership in driving the alignment between company values and HR programs and practices
Performance Management – Support the appropriate performance management philosophies, programs, and practices are implemented and executed in support of a culture that values accountability and high achievement
Employee Relations – Support the leadership in training strategies, manage employee relation issues, and coach team leaders to be able to mentor and develop their staff
Training and Development – Recommend and conduct training programs and tools to assist managers to supervise and motivate their direct reports and help employees grow their skill sets, and continuously improve their performance
Career Pathing and Succession Plan -Develop a career growth model for all employees and ensuring a succession and retention plan within teams
Manage and Maintain facilities and agency vehicles
Policies and Compliance
Compensation and Benefits – Support CFO with researching and administering of the benefits offerings and compensation strategy
HR Information Systems (HRIS) – Maintain electronic and paper files to audit standards.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

HR Certification
At least one year of HR Management experience
