The Hospitality Sales Manager will build strong relationships with hospitality customers.
This individual will identify new hospitality customers, lead outreach, close sales orders and service all future needs.
This individual will work cross functionally to learn about our hospitality and retail products and execute transactions.
This position will report into our SVP, Strategic Partnerships and New Markets.
What You’ll Do: * Develop sales pipeline for potential customers and create outreach plan* Provide detailed information about products and services to customers* Provide delightful customer service* Negotiate and execute orders and sales agreements* Resolve billing and technical issues and provide order status information* Record and provide customer feedback and data to relevant internal teams* Maintain detailed product knowledge to engage in consumer education and support sales efforts* Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner Who You Are: * At least 3 years of experience in sales in the hospitality industry with a proven track record of meeting metrics and sales goals* Working knowledge and use of Excel and Google Suite (gsheet, google docs, etc.)* Knowledge of the hospitality sales process for hotels, interior design firms, procurement companies, and management companies and an existing network of buyers within hospitality* Positive and engaging personality.
