Functional Role: Help Desk Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA *hybrid on-site*

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 base

Technical Skills: Office 365, ServiceNow, Jira, Change Management, Cloud

Our client is a property management company seeking a Help Desk Manager with previous leadership experience. The ideal candidate can help with strategy and roadmap for their IT and customer support initiatives, work with stakeholders, and c-suite. It would be a major plus coming from a similar industry, working with RealPage or Yardi. If you think you have what it takes, then look no further!

Job Requirements:

Top Requirements:

1- Office365

2-ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system—they have moved to JIRA

3-Bachelors in Information Systems, Business Admin, or related field

4-Change Management experience and being Data Driven in order to help shape SLA’s in order to improve services

5-5+ years of experience in a leadership or role with direct reports

6- Experience supporting a fully cloud environment

7- Yardi or RealPage experience is a nice to have
