ADP is hiring a Product Consultant I.
In this position you will be a technical consultants to clients, ADP’s enterprise sales team and ADP’s client support teams with a specialty in one of the pillars of Human Capital Management; the pillars include Time (eTime), Talent (RM and RPO), Benefits (Health & Welfare and spending products), Payroll (Vantage, Enterprise, WFN), Global (Globalview, Streamline, Success Factors).
They understand the client’s business requirements around that pillar, technical requirements and/or competitive landscape.
They provide presale’s and consulting services for that pillar which may include: collaboration with the sales and product teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions; deliver Proof of Concepts demonstrations of that pillar of the ADP HCM solutions (onsite or remote) in conjunction with the full HCM team; develop and deliver technical enablement; support critical situations; design solutions; and answer technical questions.
When engaged in a specific opportunity or project, you will be responsible for the technical accuracy of the proposed solution for that pillar and how it is incorporated within the overall HCM solution.
In this role you will not only support large, complex solutions including multiple HCM products such as Time and Labor Management, Talent Management and recruiting, Payroll and Compliance and Benefits, you will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product Management, and Services and Support organizations to ensure the success of the overall HCM solution with our customers.
You will provide feedback to the product and Dev teams on issues with the product in the field, and you will work to help enable internal resources to help grow the ADP Human Capital Management ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Consult large, global enterprise clients with people and process including white boarding processes, workflow, and operating procedures.
Delivering Compelling presentation skills using state of the art technologies and takes complex subjects and distills to simplistic messaging.
Creatively and quickly responds to challenging questions with an understanding both of the customer’s need and HCM solutions that can meet those needs.
Liaise with internal partners for effective solution outcomes for the client Able to Support RFP response process and scripted demonstrations across the HCM spectrum of services Strategic use of competitive knowledge and intelligence Follow up involvement with prospects/clients throughout the sales cycle as needed to help secure business Readiness to travel 50% travel annually English: Fluent QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree At least 4 years experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Professional Services or HCM Consulting services or sales At least 3 years experience in project management with the ability manage multiple customer engagements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: Understands Organization Business Drivers and configure solutions to demonstrate ADP’s ability to impact business goals.
Proven understanding of one pillar which includes knowledge based testing and a demonstration to BC leadership.
