Growth Marketing Manager – Hybrid Remote ($100k-$130k)

We’re one of the top-rated regional sports networks in the county, with a reputation for innovative and award-winning production of sports events and specials. Currently, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager near Boston, MA to develop, implement and maintain a high-impact performance marketing campaigns for our new streaming service. Utilizing a combination of media, design and data, this person will promote engagement and growth.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of external media buyers and analysts in order to increase user acquisition
  • Support our Director-to-Consumer streaming product
  • Report to our Director of Marketing
  • Cross channel media & acquisition for Facebook, Google, Twitter, and other platforms
  • Manage user acquisition KPIs and drive new user acquisition
  • Manage and report on media budgets
  • Build and improve procedures for our media buying teams
  • Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly goals across our media channels
  • Balance our Customer Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost (LTV: CAC) ratio
  • Report & analyze large data sets (identify trends, A/B test results)
  • Manage affiliate marketing channels and influencers
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, driving budget allocation and performance evaluations
  • Partner with our Email & CRM Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Comms Manager, Product Team, UI/UX, and Analytics team

What You Need for this Position

  • 5+ years in an established Growth Marketing role
  • Growth marketing, media buying, direct-to-consumer commerce platforms
  • Direct to consumer, subscription, and/or streaming experience
  • Paid search, paid social, paid display experience (for targeted audiences)
  • Experience managing performance marketing budgets of up to $1 million (media buying, user acquisition, and large-scale marketing campaigns)
  • Proven user acquisition experience
  • Business operations and management experience
  • Managing media buying teams in a live environment
  • Successful management of LTV: CAC ratios
  • Google Analytics
  • MarTech
  • Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a PLUS
