We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for an AI-powered music creation platform working to change the way we think about the ecosystem of music creation, production, and distribution.
You’ll lead SEO, PPC, social, email, content, and influencer marketing programs with access to high-quality creative and brand assets to build compelling campaigns that convert.
This is both a strategy and tactical role
– ideal for a result-driven marketer with an entrepreneurial drive who can work autonomously to gather creative assets, create and activate ads, and optimize and report on results.
We’re open to candidates from all over the U.S.
– ideally, you’d want to relocate to San Diego, but happy to have a conversation about the best scenario.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and track digital marketing operations for paid search and social, display, PPC, and native marketing campaigns
– ROAs and ROI are your targets and you’ll have resources to execute Immerse yourself in AI tech and music industry trends, influencers, consumer behavior, marketing tactics, competitors, and ad strategies Create and manage an influencer program of djs, artists, and musicians who believe in empowering creators
– from outreach to strategy to campaign management, you’ll cultivate a scalable influencer program Produce regular performance reports, interpret data, establish benchmarks, and provide actionable plans and recommendations based on insights to drive ROI Liaise between outsourced creative, design, and branding resources and internal departments to gather and continuously improve creative assets and campaign results based on your content analysis and recommendations Make concrete creative recommendations to improve ad conversion rates, providing exact references/examples of effective content and copy
Requirements:
7+ digital marketing experience, including paid ads/media buying experience with proven success running campaigns top to bottom Passion for and knowledge of music technology/music industry Highly experienced with Google Ads, paid search and social, paid display, native ads, and other digital advertising channels Highly experienced with SEO, content, and email marketing Excellent copywriting and communication skills to effectively liaise between internal teams and other stakeholders/resources Proven success building influencer marketing programs, conducting outreach, structuring influencer contracts, and managing success Highly analytical and able to extract data, create reports, present findings, and make decisions to facilitate audience and revenue growth Self-managing and insatiably driven toward ROI Must be able to work with minimal oversight/direction
