Overview
This Ad Platform Channel Operations team is looking for experienced Google Ad Manager (GAM) candidate with a focus on ad operations troubleshooting to assist with the day-to-day operations. Our successful candidate has demonstrated experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and a history of resolving ad delivery challenges within the GAM environment.
You will need proven leadership skills, a sense of urgency, experience with critical service operations, and the ability to problem-solve in high-volume, production environments. Responsibilities
Day-to-Day technical operations of the Campaign Management and Ad Measurement channels.
Triage and troubleshoot operational issues, run point on escalations, and provide Tier 1 & 2 support.
Maintain channel-specific operational playbooks for both internal and external consumption.
Analyze and communicate the impact of key strategy, market, or product changes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years ad operations experience working in GAM.
Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience with ad measurement technology (Nielsen, MOAT, ComScore, Integral Ad Science (IAS) and DoubleVerify (DV)) in an Ad Operations, or support function.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and partner across multiple teams and organizations.
Experience with managing ad measurement escalations involving Invalid Traffic (IVT), delivery discrepancies and viewability issues.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and unacquainted audiences. • Strong presentation and documentation skills including experience working with Confluence, PowerPoint, and LucidChart.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsPreferred Qualifications
