A little about this position:
- Under the close supervision of the Gondola Manager, provide safe and efficient operation of the Panorama Gondola through correct training.
- Ensure that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure a superior guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be a proven, and experienced Lead Gondola Operator or with similar experience.
- Assist with all scheduling of daily operations and special events, to meet budget.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to further develop skills, abilities and knowledge on their own.
- Guarantee that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved on a daily basis and provide coaching and correction as needed, daily.
- Follow all Company and Department Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and be able to work in a team environment.
- Must have basic knowledge of computer use and be familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Be able to work flexible work schedules and long hours.
- Develop and put together new procedures.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Gondola Operators to cover safety, discuss company information and operational issues.
- Conduct and document Gondola Operator training for all winter operations.
- Assist Gondola Manager in writing and conducting mid-season and final KRA reviews for the Gondola Operators.
- Assist in coordinating and executing Gondola operations for special events and for internal customers.
- Required to take care of customer and employee incident reports.
