6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, operations consulting, or other roles involving strategy in operations.n Experience with data analysis, SQL, and spreadsheet software.

Our team of expert Product Specialists provides a unified voice for Product across several other key teams — including Surfaces & Apps, Content Creation & Engagement, Monetization, and Rights & Content Management — as well as the Partnership Enablement team, which brings product, policy, and content strategies to market via all the partner-facing teams across Google’s business.nn nnThe Partnerships Enablement (PE) organization aims to empower Partnerships to deliver the best services and solutions so that our partners succeed on YouTube.

The Global Portfolio Enablement team in YouTube provides program management to empower partner-facing teams by owning strategy and implementation of the bi-annual portfolio refresh process, annual planning process, and also the development of service model; connecting the right partners across right service levels across all partner-facing teams.

nn nn n nFast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, Program Managers on the team focus on project management to support YouTube’s key operational priorities and drive actionable insights.

Prepare and facilitate business vertical conversations and identify opportunities/gaps.

Provide support on strategic visioning, breaking it down into specific components of execution, and aligning with Content Partnerships leads as well as cross-functional teams on key areas of focus.

Program manage the insights and tools work streams of the Content Partnerships teams, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Partner Enablement, Business Technology, Strategy, Analytics, and, Marketing teams.  Identify high-impact strategic opportunities that the partnerships team could benefit from by conducting analytical deep dives and building business cases, defining actionable plans, and the roadmap to get there.  All rights reserved.
