nn nn About the Role nn nn We are looking for an experienced Podcaster marketing manager with experience of working closely with creators and talent to join our global marketing team, based in the US and working remotely initially.

Reporting into our global marketing director, you will work closely with both our marketing and podcast teams to develop strategies and activations which firmly position Acast as the home for podcast creators globally, and attract podcasting talent of all profiles to Acast.

You will also work closely with our PR, social media and brand teams as well as briefing our local teams to bring these strategies and efforts to life across our 10+ markets.

nn nn Working across paid, owned, shared, earned channels, events and partnerships and using your little black book of connections you’ll be responsible for developing the marketing strategy to attract both top tier existing, and future podcast talent, to join our creator network.

You will also be responsible for designing measurement plans that connect to each service and its marketing initiative.  nn nn You’ll work closely with local PR and marketing teams to brief them on project timelines, tool kitting out your global strategy, and project execution.

You’ll create and oversee the creation of content for use by the wider PR, marketing and podcaster teams.

Finally, you’ll work with our podcast teams to identify Acast talent to use across on and offline marketing campaigns.

nn nWhat you’ll do:n Working directly with the podcast and marketing teams you’ll be the marketing guardian helping to drive new or existing podcast creators to join Acast You’ll work closely with the podcast teams to identify Acast talent to front marketing initiatives which attract new creators You’ll plan ongoing marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships that speak to specific audiences across the influencer, celebrity as well as new podcaster spectrums, and support local markets with the execution You’ll create the necessary materials and marketing assets to ensure all Acast teams are fully equipped to champion our offering with potential customers You’ll gather feedback on our service to help inform future strategies You’ll develop a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and develop compelling positioning, messages, and tactics nWho you are:n Experience in a an entertainment or talent-led organisation or role Proven ability to lead the planning and optimisation of all go-to market marketing strategies and the promotion of existing offerings Experience in developing narratives and messaging for a range of customers as well as marketing and PR campaigns which drive growth Strong experience in creating collateral for use by both marketing and podcast teams Solid project management skills are key for this role, in addition to the ability to lead and collaborate with global cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities and keep complex tactics moving forward Experience collaborating with different teams to ensure our offering’s value is at the centre of all marketing and PR campaigns Experience in measuring and proving marketing value in strategic partnerships and events Fluent in both written and spoken English A love of podcasts is a must!
