Make Your Mark:

We’re on the lookout for our first Integrated Campaign Manager to help take BlackLine to new heights. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating cohesive and impactful campaigns that span various marketing channels, including digital media, social, email, events, and much more.

You have a background in growing demand and helping build up sales pipelines, using data and careful planning to craft informed, far-reaching programs. Known for being a top-knotch project manager with a keen eye for detail, you’re not just good at coordinating teams; you’re a creative thinker and a go-to person who helps others succeed. Your willingness to roll up your sleeves, ability to collaborate across different departments and skill in analyzing campaign performance will be key to driving our marketing success.

You’ll Get To:

What you’ll be at the helm of:
Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive integrated marketing campaign strategies that align with business objectives and target audience segments.

Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with teams responsible for both online and offline marketing channels including digital marketing, social media, content, design, and events to ensure seamless execution of our campaigns.

Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to design and content teams to ensure campaign assets are consistent with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

Content Planning: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for campaigns, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.

Execution and Project Management: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, timeline management, asset development, and launch. Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and achieve maximum ROI.

Measurement and Analysis: Set up tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Analyze key performance metrics, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign elements, including messaging, visuals, and channel distribution.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update and collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to innovate and enhance campaign strategies.

Post-Campaign Reporting: Prepare post-campaign reports summarizing results, insights, and lessons learned. Present findings to the broader team and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

Years of Experience in Related Field: 5+
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, including proven success with integrated campaigns, within a dynamic and fast-paced marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, events, and more.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align campaigns with broader business goals.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant’s prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
