Commercial Glazing company based in Los Angeles with high-profile projects seeking Project Manager with 5 years of experience. Candidate must be proficient in reading & translating plans, understand specifications & related documents, compute costs for labor & material, identify potential issues and properly document issues. Understand and prepare change orders, RFI’s, communicate strongly with all parties in the construction process including communicating with the field personnel. Experience in Bluebeam, Excel, Outlook and Word software required; Autocad experience a plus. Candidate must be able to multi task, be dependable, self-starter, possess good communication skills (oral & written), work well under pressure.
