General Manager, USA Position Type: Direct Hire Position Location: Austin, TX Position Salary: Market Price (Depending on Experience) Bonus Long term Incentives (LTI’s) Responsibilities: Provides vision and leadership for sustainable and profitable business growth in the USA.

Manages all internal operations and functions and ensures commercial excellence.

In partnership with the Executive team is responsible for US business strategy, budget management, and team building.

Seeks new partnerships for assembly and deployment of Solar solution Creates and nurtures strategic relationships enabling significant longer-term growth.

Creates a strategic presence for the company in the Solar Industry as the number one solution.

Partners with the Executive team on US growth strategy and formulates commercial and operational plans resulting in overachievement in sales growth year over year.

Provides inspirational leadership across functions and drives a high-performance team; collaboration and coaching are central to success.

Provides industry thought leadership with the company promoted as the only real option, creating longer term strategic business opportunities.

Builds strategic relationships with customers and Deployment partners that results in mutually beneficial business growth.

Responsible for reporting, compliance, and risk management for US operations.

Responsible for the health and safety of themselves and their direct reports.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Solar or related background required; MBA or equivalent preferred 10 years General Management experience with proven success in startups or high growth business Strong background experience taking a new product to market and managing success (preferably in the Energy, Utilities, or similar background) Must be an inspirational, visionary leader with the ability to grow and manage a team/region.

Strong coaching style and strategist with strong connections at C-Suite within a similar industry Proven sales leader with strong commercial acumen and experience with an ERP (SaaS preferred) Strong ability to create opportunities through relationships Thrives when working globally, solid time management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are a must Must have the ability to work cross functionally within a C
– Suite executive team and with clients, both domestic and international.
