Premier Workspaces is a leader in our industry of shared workspace for over 15 years; we’ve acquired over 90 locations nationwide and continue to grow.< /p><P>General Manager Duties and Responsibilities< /p><Ul> <Li>Maximize profits by leasing new offices; retain existing clients< /li><Li> Promoting and selling all services< /li><Li> Coach and motivate your team to deliver quality customer service that enables clients to operate effectively and successfully< /li><Li> Understand the business in order to make decisions and help achieve company goals< /li><Li> Build relationships by marketing within your network to increase lead volume< /li><Li> Control expenses</li> <Li>Meetsales targets provided by your Regional Manager on a monthly basis< /li><Li> Ability to achieve a high closing ratio on traffic touring your facility< /li><Li> Ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of customer service in terms of personnel and office equipment performance< /li><Li> Accounts receivable/collections, monthly billing (invoicing of clients)< /li><Li> Managing, training, motivating and disciplining employees< /li><Li> Ensure employees are following safety, company policies and procedures< /li></ul> Requirements:< P>General Manager Education and Experience< /p><Ul> <Li>Business Degree preferred or 1-3 years of sales experience preferred< /li><Li> Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy< /li><Li> Knowledge of market research< /li><Li> Contract negotiating skills including reviewing and understanding lease agreements< /li><Li> Comprehensive financial profit and loss statements< /li><Li> Personnel administration< /li><Li> Corporate protocol</li> <Li>Computer proficiency< /li></ul> </div>
