Amazing Lash Studio® is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio.
Contact us today The studio sales / operations manager is responsible for the oversight of the administrative operations of theAmazing Lash Studio® , a membership based studio in the beauty industry.
This position ensures that the studio is providing the absolute best in class experience for each and every client and team member.
The studio sales / operations manager will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the studio staff to ensure our high level of standards.
In addition to daily operational responsibilities, this position will strive to meet established studio goals and objectives in the areas of member growth, staffing levels including low turnover levels, recruiting and hiring objectives, and above all ensure a flawless experience for anyone who enters the studio, both team members and clients.
Responsibilities: Superstar Managers at Amazing Lash Studio® will:Consistently demonstrate desired behavior for staff including focus on membership sales, customer service, cash management, retail sales, member retention, staff interaction, and follow-up with clients.Provides strong leadership / management presenceMaintains quality service by enforcing organization standardsMaintains an impeccable and clean studio in accordance to our safety and sanitation standards Management ResponsibilitiesAct as the general manager / operations manager of the Amazing Lash Studio® location: Manage and oversee all aspects of studio operations.Operations manager duties include ensuring a high level of service, and execution of organizational standards.Acts as main sales manager and sales trainer by identifying training needs and providing ongoing training, coaching, and role-playing opportunities to the team as neededSales management duties include management and motivation to set, achieve, and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.Assists studio owner in setting and achieving membership and retail sales goalsConsistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needsDemonstrates desired behavior for staff including focus on membership sales, customer service, cash management, retail sales, member retention, staff interaction, and follow-up with guests.
