Joon.fm provides the first transparent and accurate royalty payment system to labels and artists, while also leveraging this loyal and active market to maximize exposure not just for advertisers, but for artists themselves as well. Job Description:
As our General Manager, you will have a broad range of responsibilities related to the continued success and delivery of Joon.fm assets and services, including, but not limited to:
Communicating across all necessary teams and personnel to ensure project timelines are met
Bringing a positive, solution-oriented mindset to tackling problems and unifying colleagues towards executing their solutions
Provide suggestions to optimize and improve efficiencies over time
Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities
Requirements and Preferences:
10+ years experience in general Project Management, or 5+ years in Tech/Music DSPs
Extensive experience in product development and software architecture
Strong management skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with experience delivering desired products against tight schedules
