The general manager will work with ownership and the executive chef to establish/oversee:
Daily SOP’s
Scheduling
Health department compliance
HR compliance
Budgeting
COG management
Payroll management
Marketing/PR initiatives
Daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting
Cash flow management
Daily Lineups/Continual education
