Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of VR and location-based entertainment (Preferred)
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Possess both Front of House and Back of House experience, including inventory and operations
- Effective with upholding company operating practices.
- Effective communicator with the ability to provide ongoing constructive feedback.
- A strategic organizational thinker with strong time management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management or related field. (Preferred)

Responsibilities
- Oversight of all operations: Retail, F&B, Ticketing and Sales, the maintenance of our technology platform, and the team that upholds the operational practices required.
- Carry out Dreamscape’s Guest Journey and high-touch customer service standards
- Manage daily operations and staff to comply with Company policies/procedures
- Support and execute Dreamscape’s strategic operating plan
- Maintain Hiring Practices and Training Processes to reflect a “best in class” guest experience in a safe, clean, fun environment
- Financial accountability including managing to budget, labor cost, and inventory control
- Continual upkeep of Sales systems (Ticketing, F&B, Retail) including maintenance program
- Oversight of show equipment and facility maintenance programs
- Liaise with Marketing and Media teams for social awareness and business planning
- Team Development (Develop a talent pipeline that produces internal growth, reduces turnover)
- Oversight and commitment to the highest level of show quality
- Execute company programs and special events
