POSITION SUMMARY:The General Manager with The ONE Group is responsible for leading, educating, motivating and energizing the team to be the BEST restaurant in every market we operate by delivering exceptional and unforgettable guest experiences to every guest every time!
This position is also responsible for the entire operation and financial performance of the restaurant and/or outlets.

Reviews monthly profit and loss statement and acts on all variancesHave oversight of the beverage program and liaise with Beverage Director on all changes, mandates and controls of beverage costsMarketing & Guest RelationsDevelops new marketing ideas and concepts with Marketing teamMaintain relationships with “regulars”, VIPs, influencers and key people in the industryQUALIFICATIONS/PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 8 years professional hospitality experience; ideally in venues exceeding $10 millionExpert knowledge of all Restaurant computer systemsExcellent management, delegation and presentation skillsStrong influence, interpersonal, leadership, managerial, communication, problem solving and creative solution generation skillsA strong financial acumen and proven ability to successful manage budgets and P
