Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager

We are immediately hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager for full time of 5 days from Monday to Friday.
A small US operation team (Just the Berries PD Corporation and Vision Smart Center Inc.) is a Los Angeles based dynamic and unique company of producing and supplying fruit ingredients and supplements, which specializes in importing, exporting, distributing, product processing operation and sales activity management in USA and New Zealand, Japan, China.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Bookkeeping, office management with HR:
Parts of the jobs include:
Maintaining QuickBooks; Payables, Payroll, Benefits, Payables, Receivables, invoicing, reconciling general and payroll account, monitor consumer finance program, job costing, banking, process checks, deposits, weekly bank reconciliation, track and monitor reimbursable expenses, process bi-monthly payroll (about 10 employees) & quarterly sales commissions, manage employee timesheet system, and manage employee vacation, sick day, and time off allotments and other HR,and general office administration works including clerical duties.
Requirement:

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience including a good knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles as well as basic office administration with HR.

Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping, office administration or HR experience.

Proficiency in computer and email management, Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Self-motivated problem solver.

Self-time management ability.

Excellent written business communication skills.
