Law firm is seeking an Office Services Manager to support their team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Extensive filing/coping/scanning – creating folders and labels
- Receiving/sending out Federal Express/UPS packages/general mail
- Stocks and ensures all general supplies are organized and put away
- Ensures delivered copy paper is out of the boxes – also will deliver paper and supplies to all floors, checks all the copy machines to ensure they are working well and that the mail machine is running well
- Move file shelves that hold physical files
- Packs physical files into boxes for offsite storage
- Assists in packing and moving boxes for inner office moves
- Responding to emails
- Help other team members (snack set up, holiday set ups, holiday gathering set ups, phones, mail rounds)
- Set ups for breakfast/ lunch and meetings and will clean up afterwards; empty the dishwashers and make sure all areas are stocked and presentable
- Changing out water bottles etc.
- Organize and clean the common areas (kitchen and fridges) as needed
- Collect all the recycling materials twice a week from all floors
- Miscellaneous errands as needed
- Must be fully vaccinated
Qualifications:
- Prior law firm records management experience is highly preferred; corporate filing experience is required
- Experience with Total Recall a plus but not required
