Front Desk Supervisor

Job Description On-Site Front Desk Supervisor Reports To: Property Manager The Front desk Supervisor serves the needs of the residents of the Association.

He / She will provide information and special services to enhance residents’ and guests’ quality of living.

He/she acts as a Front Desk Supervisor, assists as an Access Control Officer, and doorman for the condominium and is responsible generally for assuring of the tidiness of the areas, the Lobbies, Elevator Lobbies, Elevators, and Outdoors Visible Areas within the line of sight, ensuring that floors, surfaces, and grounds are kept free of trash and debris.

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting Management in enforcing the Rules and Regulations of the condominium whether by directly addressing the Residents, Guests, Vendors, or Contractors when appropriate or by immediately reporting any violations to the Management Office.

Job Duties:Communicate directly with guests, both in person and by telephone.Responsible for securing all property at the Front Desk area and limiting access to the said area by residents or guests.Authorization of visitors with proper credentials that have been cleared, access to the elevators that service the residents.Knowledge of the fire procedures and proper handling of the fire alarm system and making announcements.Responsible for providing the management office with detailed incident reports.

Processing and providing packages to residents.Aware and enforcement of the condominium Rules and Regulations and report issues to the management office.Ensures that buildings access points are secure throughout.Must be cognizant of any issues that may cause injury and liability in any way i.e.

leak damages to vehicles, etc.Assist Residents when needed i.e.

luggage, groceries, and packages.Follow proper procedures when dealing with an emergency i.e.

water leaks, complaints, etc.

Individuals demeanor is always pleasant, and service orientated.Operation of office equipment such as computers, calculators, phones, fax machines, electric mail metering devices, etc.

Supervising front desk team and scheduling all shifts, filling in as needed.
