n n Who we are Looking for: n n Therabody is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous individual to be our full-time Front Desk Manager.

The Front Desk Manager will act as a gatekeeper for the office and be the first point of contact for visitors and employees.

The Front Desk Manager will be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the Therabody office environment for both internal employees and outside vendors.

You will be supporting a fast paced, diverse organization that is passionate about our work.

n n Key Responsibilities: n Responsible for maintaining in house COVID-19 safety protocols and practices Understand the spread and prevention of infectious disease.

Detect potential infection risks and proactively eliminate hazards.

Interpret, implement, and support COVID-19 guidelines Manage staffing and supplies for cleaning and disinfecting including cleaning vendors Check in all visitors to the site, including being the main site contact for vendors Maintain visitor log and schedule for capacity requirements and contact tracing Oversee reception/front desk and organize priorities Supervise operations staff and provide guidance Primary purchaser for supplies and maintain inventories Administer parking and building access cards to new employees Plan and implement in-house company events Create a welcoming and safe environment for all team members and guests Work with multiple parties (property management and vendors) to maintain office operations around facilities, supplies, etc.

Manage high-level relationships with all vendors Assist with preparations for on-site meetings, including conferencing & video calls Manage food orders and vendors; make sure the kitchens are fully stocked Suggest organizational improvements, food selections, etc.

Kitchen and coffee station supplies.

Manage kitchen and pantry supplies (e.g., sodas, snacks, drinks, etc.) n The Right Person Would Have n Experience in COVID-19 Safety at the workplace Must have very good oral and written communication skills Can-do attitude with superior organizational skills and accuracy.

Adapt to change in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Ability to exercise good judgment; personal and professional discretion A self-starter with ability to anticipate issues and proactively problem-solve n n Therabody is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
