As our HRIS Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity in Forever 21s HR Information Systems by supervising a team that will track and approve new hires, personnel action and separation requests.
This position will also ensure that all HR systems meet business unit requirements, oversee the HR reporting functions, and implement the HR portion of the companys Human Capital Management system (ADP).
Deliverables: Train new-hire HRIS Associates in standard operating procedures, industry best-practices and company expectations to ensure a high level of accuracy in work Work with the HR leadership team to define reporting requirements, metrics, and dashboarding; ensure that HRIS systems are set up in a manner that allows for accurate and complete data collection Schedule maintenance and testing of HRIS systems to determine more efficient process flows and system bottlenecks, implementing upgrades and patches where necessary and documenting all HRIS system changes Manage data entry of HR related information, including PTO, layoffs, wage adjustments, etc.
Audit HRIS system, on-boarding system, and PTO tables and PTO adjustments in HRIS Complete required reports including EEO-1, VET-1, etc.
Build HR systems necessary for current business processes and to ensure the integrity of data prior to ADP implementation Collaborate with ADP specialists to implement the HR portion of Employee Central for Forever 21; maintain responsibilityfor creating all roles, settings and HRIS systems for Forever 21s HR units Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: Prefer to have a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field of study; PHR or HRIP certification a plus Must have 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on building effective HR systems; prior experience in compensation and benefits structures and systems a plus Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and custom HRIS programs (VBA programs, pivot tables, dashboarding, modeling, etc.); prior ERP implementation experience desired Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills; prior supervisory or managerial experience a plus Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
