An extremely busy casual café (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner) that serves fresh, local cuisine paired with great coffee seeks a great new addition to their team.

DESCRIPTION:

As a successful Restaurant Manager, your role relies on your ability to set and drive the business’s strategy, vision, and operations in collaboration with the General Manager.

In addition, you must be an effective leader and role model for all staff while overseeing and managing all aspects of the business in a standard considered best in class.

This includes, but is not limited to:
day to day restaurant management and operations
assist the GM and AGM with staff hiring and training
process and systems implementation & improvement
stock ordering
managing customer inquiries
Collaborate wit the GM on all restaurant events, catering and marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
This role requireS exceptional leadership and communication skills, in-depth knowledge and experience of restaurant operations, and a high degree of hospitality, organizational skills, people management, and leading by example.
