Where every team members’ input matters!We are currently hiring an Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant for our stunning, brand new, luxury apartment communities located in Los Angeles/Hollywood area: 41 units and 44 units.

Schedule is: Tuesday-Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

*This position is not required to live on site, there is no unit for this position.*If hired on or before 9/30/2021 the one-time bonus of $1,500 will be paid the first payroll after 30 days (less applicable taxes).

It is essential to be employed with the company for 6 months.

Must mention the sign on bonus during initial contact with an HR Representative/Recruiter.

Candidates referred by an existing employee are not eligible.

Previous or current employees are ineligible for this bonus.Contributions:Assist the Property Manager with strategizing financial performance for the communities.Creatively advertise your community to increase traffic of prospective residentsDiscover the needs of current and prospective residents and work with them to overcome their challengesBe a hands-on sales leader and consistently meet and exceed goalsA track record of consistently exceeding customer service expectations, driving revenue, and managing budgetsAbility to utilize reports and metrics to identify and diagnose issues and drive business performanceRequirements for Assistant Property Manager:1-2 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager working at a luxury apartment community.Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.Computer knowledge: MS Office, Yardi, Yieldstar, Rent Café and online leasing.A solid track record of success building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, owners and vendors.Must possess a high level of professionalism and appearance, the ability to communicate and possess strong work ethics.Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.What’s in it for you:This year in 2021, on selected plans, we continue to pay 100% of the employee only medical portion of insurance.
