Field Sales Manager

The Field Sales Manager role provides an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team of Account Luxury Managers (ALMs) who are responsible for driving product acquisition by managing the company’s existing client base.

The field sales team provides concierge virtual and at-home services for the country’s largest online luxury consignment marketplace.
You’ll focus on generating avenues for sales profitability, provide optimal client experiences and offer strategic solutions for your segment.

Playing a pivotal role in influencing the direction of your team, you’ll leverage data insights and internal tools and resources to drive growth.
The RealReal is looking for individuals who are seasoned in managing change and delivery of pivotal communication that impact business results.

They will inspire and engage a team while able to multitask, manage ambiguity, and pivot quickly.
What You Get To Do Every Day
Assist in roll out of new platforms, and create innovative strategies to leverage evolving tools and resources Shadow during appointments, listen to phone calls, review outreach strategies to improve/monitor performance Ensure ALM’s are meeting and exceeding expectations across all categories and coach/train to improve in respective categories (including referrals).

Liaise with authentication, operations and merchandising to provide training when needed Act as an internal liaison to solve and overcome consignor relations concerns, hesitations and obstacles Ensure consignors are comfortable with their new ALMs, manage re-assignments and placements Outreach to consignors who have not repeated and pair with a new ALM assignment.

Work with director to analyze existing client base and define appropriate opportunities to develop existing clients Monitor progress on each campaign and ensure ALMs are receiving the next campaign in a timely manner Leverage customer reporting in order to identify opportunities to increase client engagement and consignments Manage daily operations like supplies, calendar, expenses.Breaking out goals into daily, weekly and monthly strategy; Recruitment, monthly touch bases, manage gaps in open positions and vacations Ensure the team is following protocol in processing, pricing, safety, consignor communication etc.

What You Bring To The Role
