Executing the successful launch of the new sector Hire world class founders and/or founding team members for studio startups Oversee building two new startup annually, based on extensive solution prototyping and customer development Investing in five startups annually for our accelerator portfolio Identifying and unlocking the unfair competitive advantage from the Founders Forum network Managing activities of shared and dedicated resources across the Factory team to ensure success of each startup in the portfolio Partner with internal resources from the Factory to create a holistic strategy and delivery plan leveraging the Factory playbook Previous experience as a founder and/or angel investor Previous experience hiring and retaining a world class team Genuine experience raising capital for an early stage business Previous experience within the events or entertainment industry (B2B/C events, sports, ventures, vendors and agencies) Commercial and/or product experience taking an early stage business forward 5
– 7 years of experience in a leadership capacity within a high growth startup
