What You’ll Do

The digital age is driving accelerated changes in the workplace, forcing many organizations to rethink people strategy and build new capabilities to enable effective people functions.

BCG is looking to grow our People Strategy team to help us build the next level of capabilities in people transformation.

You will be joining a global team of people and organization experts passionate about these topics to help build the cutting-edge learning offers and infrastructure required to unlock the power of talent in large organizations.

As a People Strategy Expert you will partner closely with clients to assess new talent models, approach new ways of working and implement dynamic changes across people functions.

As an Expert Associate Director, you will apply your deep expertise to generate value for our clients while building and contributing to BCGs intellectual capital.

Your role in projects can vary from team management to team advisor.

You will leverage your expertise to add insight and drive clients toward recommendations and you will be viewed as a trusted advisor by senior clients.

You will help scope and structure the work, onboard team members, and provide guidance throughout the project.

Expert Associate Directors contribute significantly to BCGs intellectual capital, generate interest and excitement about their expertise area, and coach and mentor others.

You will play a leading role in the shaping, building and commercializing BCGs go-to-market offers and capabilities.

You will spearhead strategic partnerships and play a thought leadership role in defining the next frontier for people transformation.

OUR EXPERT CONSULTING TRACK
The Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is vital to BCGs ability to successfully meet our clients demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities.

Experts deliver next-level impact for BCG’s most complex and cutting-edge client challenges.

Experts focus on developing BCG’s thought leadership, commercial capabilities, and intellectual property assets; and their work is essential to our delivery model.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to bring the best of BCG to our clients, Experts come from diverse backgrounds, with expertise often gained outside of BCG in industry, academia, or specialized consulting.

What You’ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

7-15 years of work experience; experience in top level advisory or consulting environment preferred
Track record in building and implementing end-to-end talent development programs for large organizations in private and public sectors
Adept at building trust and rapport with clients by understanding their business, relating to their experiences, and empathizing with their challenges
Play a leading role in the growth of people topics through case execution, business development, and IP creation
Able to create awareness of BCG expertise and capabilities externally through participating in key industry forums, publications, studies, tools, etc.
Engage BCG’s internal community on expertise and capabilities, with a strong focus on sharing knowledge and insight

YOULL BE BASED IN
These positions can be based out of any of our North American offices

Effective November 1, 2021, all new US hires must be fully vaccinated or subject to a religious or medical exemptions.
