The Digital Experience (DX) Team in CIO aims to elevate Accenture as the global standard and living credential for digital experience by improving the digital experiences of our employees and key stakeholders in a measurable and sustainable way.

Our Experiences team is focused on broadening and driving elevated end to end experiences for key stakeholder groups (Employees, Clients, Partners, Acquisitions and Coalitions).

At the intersection of technology and design, within Accenture’s IT Organization
– the Digital Experience team will:

Co-define and orchestrate a human-centered strategy & approach for experiences across key stakeholder groups

Ensure our efforts drive end-user and business value through technology supported, innovative, and memorable experiences that serve as living credentials for our client teams to utilize within their own organizations.

The Experience Design Studio sits within the DX team and is CIO’s in-house experts in human experience and design.

Our mission is to drive experience transformation at scale across the enterprise.

The team is comprised of team members with expertise in product strategy, project management, design thinking, user-experience design/research, translation of research into defining how human interacts with technology and make the experience more useful, usable, and compelling via iterative process.

These experiences are often delivered as user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction, and experiences patterns.

We are seeking a senior service/business design minded Digital Experience Service Design and Advisory Lead to partner with our DX Studio Director and team to bring visions to reality.

This role will:

Lead:

Oversee multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize, and champion high-quality user centered experience design by creating simple, consistent, contextual and culture relevant experiences / solutions across key stakeholder groups (Employees, Clients, Partners, Acquisitions and Coalitions) inside CIO and across the corporation, satisfying business goals.

Facilitate delivery of simultaneous highly visible, challenging, and intensive projects in a matrixed organization, while establishing solid and lasting client relationships.

Partner as needed with development teams (ex: Rapid dev teams)

Partner across CIO service areas to align on and integrate Digital Experience Studio/Capability objectives, perspectives, user centered experience principles and decision making across all groups.

Inspire innovative approaches to design, using creative facilitation techniques and taking the lead at internal company meetings and design events.

Provide directional oversight of individual project team’s work and assume overall accountability for it.

Design:

Define Design Methods & Engagement Model based on project needs.

Design for Persons with Disabilities, privacy.

Lead Design Thinking workshops working directly with end users & business partners, clients.

Break down business, user, and technology requirements into digestible components for the design team.

Be a hands-on design expert, shaping the concept and seeing it through to detailed design and implementation across a variety of devices and platforms.

Manage the information architecture, interaction and visual design effort for cross business domains coordinating with data and brand leadership.

Evolve the user interface standards.

Communicate and envision service concepts and ideas using methods & tools that illustrate all the components and touchpoints of the service.

Pulling together all aspects of service design offered: Experience, User Research, Marketing, Business Design

Be a:

Master of your craft with a design point of view, is passionate about creating transformative experiences that fuse human and technology through masterful design and delivery

Connector of key players and facilitates discussions on flows and artistic direction, orchestrates dev support as necessary, while keeping their eye on ultimate strategic goals

Partner with team leadership on strategy, planning and execution
– ensuring timelines, capacity, milestones, on
– budget delivery of work.

Agile minded person
– comfortable with ambiguity in a fluid organization

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in design

Agency experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Agile leader in design and process

Professional Skills:

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $115,000
– $188,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
