As a member of the USA Commercial Development Senior Leadership Team (“SLT”), the Executive Vice President – Operations is responsible for ensuring a collaborative and cooperative working relationship with our construction partners (Skanska USA Building, Inc.), specifically in contract standards, design and build efforts, integration of innovation and technologies across the regions and overall process improvement standardization. The EVP Operations is also accountable to the Business Unit President for the development and oversight of enterprise-wide Skanska Commercial Development construction operational standards, systems, processes, and the tools required for their implementation. This role, in coordination with the BUP and the entire SLT is responsible at the enterprise level for the overall building related strategy across all of the regions.
