Posting Description: Aon Is Looking For An Executive Benefits ConsultantAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions for nonqualified retirement plans as part of our Executive Benefits business group within Health Solutions, in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX.

As an Executive Benefits Consultant, you will report directly to the Client Service Team Leader.

While there is a preference for someone in the above listed offices, the team may consider a virtual/remote arrangement for someone in the Continental United States.Your Impact As An Executive Benefits ConsultantJob Responsibilities:Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and address day-to-day questions related to the servicing of nonqualified retirement programsCollaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate client deliverablesEffectively communicate complex information to clients verbally and in writingDemonstrate a consultative approach by understanding client objectives, industry trends and Aon’s service offeringProvide training and mentoring to other team members as necessaryUtilize analytical and problem-solving skills to assist clients with issues related to the plan or corresponding informal financing mechanismAddress inquiries from plan participants related to the benefit plan and their accountYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:2 years of experience in the financial services industryIntermediate level of Excel proficiencyPreferred Experience:Working knowledge of nonqualified deferred compensation plansUnderstanding of business owned life insurance productsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Finance (or similar) or equivalent years of industry experience.We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
