Healthcare Treatment Center seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for Los Angeles office.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3yrs of prior experience in an office setting and stellar communication skills. This position will manage front office operations, work closely with the CEO, and provide assistance as needed to the executive team.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain reception area, handle phones, and greet visitors
-Provide support as needed to the CEO and marketing team
-Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office to ensure smooth operations
-Schedule meetings and book appointments
-Create organization charts as needed
-Conference room set up
-Ensure adequate inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance of office reception and kitchen
-Manage all inbound/outbound mail and shipments by sorting, tracking and notifying recipients
-Handle vendors and maintain vendor relations
-Manage the onsite inventory and order supplies as needed
-Oversee the guest experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone visiting or contacting the office
-Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
-Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
-All other duties as assigned
