Store Manager l Roles & ResponsibilitiesReports to: District Manager Position OverviewThe Store Manager must be passionate about the Everytable mission and committed to the happiness and satisfaction of our guests and employees.

Store Managers must be skilled at running a profitable business, developing their team members and store leads, being an enthusiastic brand ambassador, driving our high standards, and living our culture.

This is a full-time position.

Open availability, including nights and weekends, is strongly preferred.

Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Leadership Manage and oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including but not limited to:Projecting sales and ordering all meals, consumable products, and paper goodsOpening and/or closing the storeMaintaining and cleaning the facility and equipmentHandling cash, managing daily and weekly deposits, and reconciling cash on handOverseeing fulfillment of bulk/catering/subscription ordersHiring, scheduling, counseling, disciplining, and terminating employeesEverytable Cafe: drink execution, training, and developmentCreate a culture of excellence in customer service and hospitalityManages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of EverytableLeads and participates in training and development initiatives and projectsUphold all company Policies and Procedures as well as California Health Department standardsLead, mentor, and motivate team regarding all aspects of leadership and expectations through:Consistent and continual feedback and accountabilityPromoting a sense of ownership and delegationMotivate and inspire the store team through a strong store presence andconsistently leading by exampleTeam involvement and planningPlan and conduct all store staff meetings and training sessionsPartner with DM in performance evaluations and setting goals, with timelyfollow up, in order to ensure employee developmentFacilitate hiring and recruiting; actively attracting andretaining talent Business RequirementsProviding functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities:Ensures adherence to applicable wage and hour laws for non-exempt staff.Sustain the KPIs that are needed to ensure profitability and sustainability of the store.Meets deadlines and completes tasks according to the daily and weekly deliverable schedule set by partners.Manage supply, consumable and paper goods monthly and yearly budgetsSolicits customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community.Uses all operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence in the store.

Store Forecasts, Manager Sales Goals, cash management, and inventory management.Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to senior leadership to ensure smooth flow of operations.Sets and exceeds sales, customer retention, customer feedback, and labor cost goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Manage in-store implementation of all Everytable operational and marketing programs, communications, and initiatives.Address equipment and maintenance issues and layout improvement opportunities.

Proficiency in conversational Spanish preferred, but not required Essential Functions:Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours.Some bending/kneeling/stooping required.Regular communication with team members, leadership and guests.Some carrying, moving and positioning of objects and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.Constantly monitors retail food temperatures and determines if products are up to all standards.Must be able to work in a fast, sometimes loud environment with varying temperatures.
