Job Duties :
Responsible for escrow closing and related client closing transactions.
Process contracts, deposits, and supporting documents for escrow and title companies.
Maintain and update daily spreadsheets and distribute/summarize to team.
Maintain master contract package and assist with the creation of amendments post contract and pre-closing.
Manage units currently in escrow.
Liaise with lenders and appraisers.
Prepare investor tracking on a monthly basis.
Track offers and current escrows.
Email daily/weekly traffic reports.
Attend weekly meetings.
Train Sales Coordinator in the listing agency as back up on reporting responsibilities.
Assist with supplier or vendor needs, obtain approvals, stay in budget and liaise with corporate.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree required.
3-5 years escrow closing/client service experience for supervisor level, and 5-7 years escrow closing/client service experience for manager level.
Exceptional administrative skills, including strong computer abilities.
Highly-organized with ability to multi-task.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with managers and employees at all levels.
Team player that collaborates with internal and external resources to achieve goals.
Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethical behavior.
Handles confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Chinese (writing and speaking) is required.
