The primary objective for this position is to identify and enroll customers in service contracts over the phone.

Once enrolled, the Inside Sales, Business Development Manager is responsible for transitioning the customer to their Account Manager who then maintains the business.

Successful Business Development Managers will build strong partnerships with their Account Managers to identify opportunities and grow the service contract business.
