We’re immediately hiring an (Entry Level) Full Time Manager Trainee in Training.
The Manager Trainee position is a developmental role that provides both work assignments and training opportunities to prepare MT’s to be promoted.
We’re located in Chandler off of Arizona Ave and Willis, just south of the 202.
The program is built to PROMOTE MANAGER TRAINEE’S WITHIN A YEAR OR LESS You will network, and eventually be promoted to positions such as Sales Coordinator, Resource Coordinator, Co-Manager, Dispatcher, or Warehouse Supervisor amongst many other opportunities.
Being that 84 Lumber is spread out all across the United States, promotional opportunities are usually associated with some type of relocation.
PAID relocation and resources are provided by 84 Lumber84 Policies must be agreed upon:Clean shavenProof of full vaccination (If you are not vaccinated, you have to get the first shot before their first day of employment & receive the second shot at the recommended date)Pay: $15/hr.
Overtime paid at 24 an hour after working 40 hours.
You can also earn a monthly personal sales bonus and a store bonus.
First year earnings should be between $42,000 and $47,000Schedule: 6am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
Saturday’s are worked on a rotating basis.
You will work a minimum of 48 hours.Training: At 84 Lumber we offer an excellent and comprehensive Early Development Program and Self Study Program, which successful candidates complete within 4 to 6 months.
All successful candidates attend a comprehensive 3-day training program our Corporate Headquarters where you will get one on one training with our field experienced trainers84 Lumber believes in second chances and rehabilitation.
