Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Project Manager in Los Angeles, California.Electrical Project Manager Compensation & BenefitsTotal compensation for the Electrical Project Manager is between 100,000 – 120,000 depending on experience and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.• Employee Owned• Our client thrives on a family type environment where they are always striving to provide better opportunities for their employees and their families• Leadership at this company takes a hands-on approach, but still allows their employees to make key decisions• This company has over 50 years of electrical construction experienceElectrical Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities• Work directly with customers associated with the projects in their territory; maintains customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long-term relations• Create and approve material and labor budgets for assigned job sites within the designated territory; review and approve high level transactions• Travel to all regional job sites regularly to ensure quality of work and address any problems or issues related to the project• Develop and manage high level strategic planning of the labor force for all projects within their region• Work closely with each project superintendent to provide high-level supervision of various aspects of project management for each project they manage including job start coordination, vendor agreements, material and rental agreement management, purchase order process, subcontract agreements, submittals, and change orders• Provide updated reports of projects status to senior project management as required• Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production, and enhance customer relations• Consistently evaluate and train key personnel within their territoryElectrical Project Manager Qualifications• Must be local – no relocation offered or accepted• Strong employment stability• Minimum of 7 years’ experience estimating electrical construction projects with an electrical contractor• Must have experience estimating large electrical projects including multifamily and mixed use.• Must have experience with Accubid estimating software• Conceptual estimation experience• Must have experience successfully and accurately handling bids from takeoff to final presentation• Knowledge of NEC and local codes and requirementsPreferred but Not Necessary• Journeyman License or Degree• College degree preferredPlease forward your resume to for immediate consideration, or call (727) 258-0289 for more information.To view a full list of job openings, please visit http://www.deltaconstructionpartners.com/careerportal/#/jobsBob Magnan, our CEO, is always available, you may reach Bob at:Related Electrical Construction Jobs: Construction Manager, Assistant Manager, Engineer#DC123
