If you have been a foreman or superintendent and want to step away from the field this would be the job for you.

Build relationships with field managers to ensure that preconstruction plans, and prefab materials can support the job productivity from the beginning and develop a successful plan to maximize profit.

Complete order forms with prefab information, request dates, contact information, any notes or special requests that are needed, delivery options,
– and drop off information for deliveries.

Submit orders and schedule deliveries with the Prefab and Packaging departments.

Training the field on what prefab materials are available, how to use the materials, and inspire Lean thinking.

Help develop communication with the field, best practices and developing presentation material for foreman meetings.

Planning and scheduling with Foreman, General Foreman, BIM, Estimator, and Project Managers.

Monitor and collaborate with the field managers before and during prefab materials are installed, to ensure clarity of the installation and how to do it efficiently.
