Ecommerce Site Manager

2Modern is looking for an experienced, results-oriented E-Commerce Site Manager to join our team.

The position is full-time and can be remote/telecommute.

2Modern is a fast-growing ecommerce company based in the San Francisco Bay Area (serving all of North America).

Established in 2003, 2Modern is a leader in the modern furniture, lighting and home decor market.

We are authorized dealers for over 200 coveted brands such as Knoll, Foscarini, Moooi, Tom Dixon, Bernhardt, Artemide and many more.

The E-Commerce Site Manager will be responsible for all operational aspects to facilitate the execution of best-in-class customer experience on 2Modern.com.

You will partner with the internal team as well as strategic vendor partners to ensure visitors to the site have the optimal shopping experience, and that the site itself is optimized to deliver maximum conversion and orders.

You will be an action-oriented, highly organized, results-driven master of the ecommerce platform and approach all tasks with an analytic mindset, using data to drive decisions.

Compensation includes a base salary and incentive plan.

Essential Functions & Tasks: Have awareness and clarity of internal needs to orchestrate priorities and successful completion of e-commerce projects Have a solid grasp of all site KPIs to monitor and improve site performance for optimal engagement/conversion (website control tower) Help to develop the experiential roadmap for 2Modern.com, staying abreast of trends in ecommerce and retail Work with both internal and external teams/agencies to maintain consistency and priority of initiatives Effectively team with Marketing and Merchandising personnel to drive top line revenue as well as long term customer engagement Work with Development to ensure optimal site performance, functionality and compliance Evaluating, integrating and maintaining OMS, Fulfillment Systems, PIMs and ERPs Troubleshoot and optimize APIs and 3rd party solutions as needed Absorb team needs and evaluate/select/manage 3rd party software and systems Optimize internal processes for efficiency gains Advise senior management of technology and personnel needs to support sustainable growth Analysis of website data and UX to identify and A/B test for optimization Oversee product tagging and SEO across site production and content Qualified Candidates will have: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline 3 years of relevant experience Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills Ability to successfully orchestrate several projects at once Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing and analytics-driven decision making Ability to manage a team internally and work in partnership with external vendors and partners Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead projects independently and cohesively with a team Experience with Shopify, product feeds, Google Analytics and similar platforms Ability to work with data to track and report performance Ability to move between strategic goals and tactical execution Have a solid grasp of APIs and ability to troubleshoot and optimize as needed Experience with integrating and maintaining PIMs and ERPs Knowledge of SEO and onsite Search Proficient in HTML/CSS A good aesthetic eye is a big plus Experience with successful A/B testing and onsite personalization Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle pressure gracefully Previous experience managing sites within the e-commerce retail space a plus Starting Date: Right away.
