YMI Jeanswear Inc., a leading LA based junior/contemporary denim company, is looking for a seasoned professional in the digital retailing market with B2B and B2C experience to become our next e-Commerce Manager and further develop and grow our current e-Commerce business.

Key Responsibilities
Ø Orchestrate all aspects of the e-Commerce strategy for YMI Jeanswear Inc.
Ø Responsible for business planning, content strategy, digital marketing, website design & analytics and customer service.
Ø Implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-Commerce revenue.
Ø Manage UX/UI of the website navigation, content development, checkout funnels and promotional campaigns.
Ø Manage and improve e-Commerce operations.
Ø E-Commerce product management and merchandising.
Position Requirements
Ø Minimum 3 years of experience managing e-Commerce Department, preferably within fashion, apparel, retail or consumer products.
Ø Proven record of e-Commerce increased revenue
Ø Strong experience with B2C and B2B online marketplaces (Amazon, FashionGo, etc.)
Ø Expert level of understanding in online marketing and marketing automation (such as Google / Facebook / Bing Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, email marketing, etc.)
Ø Knowledge on current e-Commerce industry best practices.
Ø Superior analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Ø Experience leading and inspiring a team to learn, grow, evolve and achieve greatness.
Ø Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ø Strong team player and work well cross company channels.
Ø Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
Ø Completed Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Ø Working knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
This role is an in-office position based in Los Angeles, CA.
