The eCommerce Manager Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Manager to join our team.
This role oversees the Web Development team and sits within our Marketing department.
The ideal candidate has a high level of experience ranging from UX/UI in both Shopify and WordPress, back and front end development, and knows how to utilize platforms to drive revenue.

About You You should be able to coordinate design efforts with Graphic & Web Design teams and turn designs into fully responsive and tested web pages.
Youve done this a lot, so you can build these landing pages with HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, and WordPress.
We dont use WYSIWYG page builders.
You are experienced in eCommerce websites and are an expert in optimizing stores for better conversion.
You know how to do this.
You have a strong drive to master and complete any and all assignments.
Youre impatient, react quickly, and can juggle tasks.
Even so, you have a strong attention to detail and prefer a high degree of structure.
You can handle ambiguity.

What Youll Do Design and optimize landing pages, sales pages, and other lead or sales generating pages based on data ensuring that pages maximize conversions Optimize Shopify and WordPress sites based on visitor data and A/B tests Create interactive tools such as progress trackers and quizzes to direct users to relevant products and drive engagement Upgrade site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology Document and maintain SOPs related to the design and development process so projects can be easily updated and replicated Maintain and update company Shopify and WordPress websites ensuring optimal performance, with minimal to no downtime Utilize the team file structure and naming conventions so that design files can be easily found and updated Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Tracking Pixels and Google Analytics/Tag Manager Able to work with the design team to build forms and designs based upon mockups Be available to lead efforts to restore site in the event of an outage Ad hoc duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Requirements Expert in Shopify development and optimization Experience in building and managing e-commerce websites that convert Expert in WordPress development and customization Expert in website UI/UX.
