Your Role
We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Manager to develop and carry out our strategic online development plans for our Pixi and POP brands.
This individual will support management as it relates to development, product + promotion launches and day-to-day Ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities
Managing products on Ecommerce sites; including product maintenance and creation, copywriting, edits and photo coordination.
Supporting the customer service team and responding to customer related issues through written and verbal correspondence.
Assisting in website testing to provide feedback and recommendations in regards to new features and functionalities.
Assisting in the management of online inventory in all aspects of Ecommerce and digital.
Conducting market research on assigned topics; analyze and present recommendations to team.
Constantly reviewing, monitoring and analyzing consumer behavior to drive recommendations and suggestions for related Ecommerce platforms.
Participating in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and Ecommerce strategies.
Working closely with our Marketing Department to ensure goals and initiatives are being met and are in alignment with our brand.
Fostering a creative, positive and collaborative work environment; always having a strategic, problem-solving attitude.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field Preferred 3-5 years experience with web development or digital management Must have experience with Ecommerce backend systems; Shopify Plus Must be proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting systems Working knowledge of HTML and CSS languages is a plus Must be proactive, a self-starter and thrive within a fast-paced environment Must have strong organization skills and have a keen eye for detail Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must possess a high level of integrity and be flexible to changing conditions Experience in and passion for the beauty industry is a plus
