They are relaunching several aspects of their e-commerce platform and are seeking to hire an e-Commerce Program Manager for their team Here’s what you’ll be doing: Providing guidance to business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams Overseeing the budget and resource planning for a large portfolio of e-commerce projects Leading and facilitating discussions, debates and decision-making process with cross-functional partners and senior leadership Communicating structured information in a clear, concise, and organized fashion Collaborating with others to achieve objectives and ensure information flow Here’s what our ideal candidate has: Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail strategy, planning, and execution Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting trends and data, and making informed projections/assertions Excellent interpersonal communication skills and levels of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
