Job Summary:
The Division Manager is responsible for marketing Asset Preservation Inc.’s (API) Exchange “Qualified Intermediary” services so that we become the recognized leader in the territory, thereby significantly increasing new open exchanges in territory.

The Division Manager is responsible for marketing services to accountants, attorneys, closing officers, commercial brokers, financial advisors, residential agents, real estate investors and others in the real estate industry who can refer new exchange business to API.
Job Roles:

• Develop a marketing plan that progresses towards specific business development objectives

• Organizes and tracks the day-to-day operations and assignment of staff to projects

Qualifications
Role Specific Knowledge:

• Must possess a strong work ethic, specifically with the focus on producing results quickly

• Self-starter with initiative to achieve established goals

• Proven leadership skills; ability to direct others and make important decisions

• Excellent people skills and excels in public speaking and educating others on the wide range of investment options available

• Ability to be perceptive and persuasive

• Exceedingly well organized

• Ability to interact with staff, board members and the public with a high level of professionalism

• Maintains and develops strong vendor relationships

• High level of computer knowledge
Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Completion of a High School diploma or GED required and completion of an associate degree in any equivalent field is preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position which includes experience in title industry.
