Requirements of a Durante & Rich District Manager ;
– Willing and able to obtain a real estate license
– Desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth

Regular activities of a D&R District Manager ;
– Networking and prospecting
– Marketing properties and working with buyers / tenants / sellers / investors
– Analyzing properties and working with home sellers
– Negotiating contracts
Compensation;
Salary plus commission
