DescriptionPosition Description:Work closely with firm leadership and team members to develop and execute goals, objectives and strategic plans for the Health Scholar Programs and for COPE Health Solutions overallSupport all aspects of consulting engagements, contracts and projects from scope definition to delivery, assuming responsibility for contract deliverables, project resourcing and budget managementOversight of Regional Managers, including all staff, sites and students they overseeEnsure overall profitability of client contracts and for budgetary managementAssist in the development and execution of strategy for expansion services that ensures both rapid growth and a robust ongoing value proposition and level of customer service for clientsEngage in the development of marketing materials (case studies, articles, white papers) and participate in industry or client panels, webinars or forums to demonstrate and feature our expertise and credibility in a given knowledge area or service lineIdentify opportunities and represent the and client(s) as appropriate, at various professional networking, public relations, business development, advocacy and fundraising events as applicableProvide leadership for problem resolution and facilitate difficult conversationsAssist with recruiting efforts for firm (e.g., review resumes and interview candidates)Travel to support business opportunities, as applicableBuild relationships with key executives and staff to ensure the success of engagementCarry out other duties, tasks and projects as assignedQualifications RN certification strongly preferred, strong experience in a clinical setting may also be considered6 – 10 years’ experience, including management in health care settingExceptional leadership and management skillsAbility to both inspire a team and to oversee and ensure consistently high quality execution for ongoing operationsPreferred background in hospital operationsPreferred background overseeing multiple accounts and teams across multiple geographic areasStrong customer drive and dedication to quality and successAnalytical thinking skillsExperience working with budgetsExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsFlexible with work hours, able to travel, and able to work on evenings and weekends as neededBenefits:As a firm passionate about health care, we’re deeply committed to the health and wellness of our own team members.
