We are a bootstrapped startup who has been profitable from day one!
Initially starting out with a customer base on the professional services side, we launched our SaaS product 1 year ago and are already at $8M ARR.
We are currently at 55 Employees and are looking to double the size of the company over the next year.
What You Will Be Doing
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop the strategy and roadmap of all products and services, and build out a world-class Product organization.
Build a team of customer-focused PMs, own Product Design, and create an environment of high-quality, data-driven experimentation, leading to regular positive product improvements.
Go-to-market planning of new products and features with cross-functional teams.
Manage feature prioritization, scoping and development in collaboration with software engineering and leadership teams.
Manage post-release feature management measurement of adoption, performance and the need for reiterations for release in collaboration with product marketing and client success teams.

Proven experience working on a B2B SaaS product team in a niche industry.
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing both strategy and tactical execution.
